Looking for experienced Virtual Assistants having experience Shopify Store Management and Client Support for UK-Based Customers via Chats and Emails.
Please note: This role will not only be emails, you will be assigned additional tasks which involve cost calculating, budgeting as well as creating various spreadsheets.

- To work from office – Monday to Friday and Sundays. Address (Address: Johar Town Lahore near Emporium)
- Have experience in Shopify/Wordpress OR an Online E-commerce Platform.
- Email customer service – Call centre experience is not VALID.
- Can speak, understand, read and write in English at a high level.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Assist in training junior Chat support agents
Requirements and skills
- Experience as an email Support Agent or similar CS role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
