We’re looking for a results-driven Google Ads Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and scaling high-performing campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. Your primary goal will be to drive consistent customer acquisition and strong ROAS across multiple e-commerce brands.
This role is ideal for someone with sharp analytical skills, a deep understanding of how users interact with paid search and shopping, and a proactive mindset when it comes to testing and optimising campaigns. You must be confident working with large budgets, solving problems fast, and making performance-focused decisions that directly impact revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMAX, Display, YouTube) focused on acquisition and ROI
– Develop scaling strategies that maintain or improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
– Analyse campaign performance daily, spotting trends and making data-backed optimisations
– Set up and maintain Google Merchant Centre feeds, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
– Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
– Collaborate with designers and copywriters to test ad creatives and landing pages
– Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Google Analytics, GA4, and Sheets
– A/B test creative, bidding strategies, and landing pages to constantly improve performance
– Keep up with Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
– Work across multiple brands, each with different target audiences, markets, and growth goals
– Track spend, pacing, and forecast campaign performance against business targets
Skills & Experience Required:
– Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally with £100k+ monthly budgets
– In-depth understanding of Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Merchant Centre
– Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
– High-level Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and performance reporting
– Proven ability to hit and exceed ROAS targets while scaling campaigns
– Excellent communication skills – able to present clear reports, insights, and recommendations
– Experience with Shopify and e-commerce funnel optimisation
– Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or affiliate marketing strategies
Working Days: Monday- Saturday
Timings: 12 pm – 9 pm
