We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our email marketing strategy, ensuring month-over-month revenue growth. This role requires deep expertise in Klaviyo, the ability to plan and execute high-performing email campaigns, and a strong understanding of A/B testing, automation, and data analysis.
Skills Required
-Expert in Klaviyo – understands the platform inside and out, including segmentation, flows, and reporting.
– Campaign Planning & Content Strategy – ability to create structured content calendars for monthly email campaigns.
– Excellent Copywriting & Sales-Driven Content – ability to write compelling, persuasive email copy that converts.
– A/B Testing & Optimization – skilled in testing subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance.
– Flow Creation & Automation – experience in building the 10 essential Shopify email flows (abandoned checkout, VIP, thank you, etc.).
– Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills – ability to track and report performance weekly and monthly.
– Excellent English & Communication – to create high-converting email content and clear briefs for designers.
– Proficiency in Google Sheets & Data Organization – for tracking campaign results and planning.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage and execute 3-4 email campaigns per week, ensuring consistency and revenue growth – for several brands in several country locations
– Create and manage content calendars to plan upcoming campaigns.
– Write compelling email copy that is sales-driven and persuasive.
– Develop clear creative briefs for designers to produce visually engaging emails.
– Set up and optimize essential email flows for new Shopify stores.
– A/B test key elements (subject lines, designs, CTAs) to improve engagement and conversions.
– Monitor Klaviyo analytics and report weekly/monthly performance to leadership.
– Continuously improve segmentation, automations, and overall email performance.
